  1. Mix cookie dough the night before
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the butter, sugar, and egg. Mix at medium speed until creamy and well mixed.
  3. Change mixer speed to slow and add remaining cookie ingredients one at a time to the bowl: flour, baking soda, orange juice, vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough is formed.
