The ingredients needed to cook Jenn's Sugar Cookies:
- Use 2 3/4 Cup self rising flour
- Take 1 Tsp baking soda
- Provide 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- Provide 1 Cup butter softened
- Take 1 1/2 Cups white sugar
- Take 1 Lg egg
- Provide 1 Tsp vanilla
Instructions to make Jenn's Sugar Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl stir together flour baking soda and baking powder and set aside.
- In a large bowl cream together sugar butter egg and vanilla. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Take a regular eating spoon and scoop and drop onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes in oven or until golden brown. Let rest on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Remove cookies from the wire rack and put on a serving dish and enjoy.
